The TOBAS MARKETING GROUP--read about our unique "TEAM CONCEPT"

I have been sending out information about a new Marketing Group And a new and unique "team concept" that we are now in the
process of getting legally set up. I want to explain the concept of the idea with you, what our vision is and why I believe you as a member or a follower of our Group will benefit

I have been a Network marketing person for about two years. I am not especially successful at it yet. I do have however, a lot of business experience. What I have learned in my limited time in Network Marketing is that the average person has the deck stacked against them. I believe, and you may disagree with me, that the average person trying to make income online, is a stream of income for those that position themselves as the leaders of this industry.

The idea of this group is to balance the playing field a little and give us a better chance at success. What is success? For some it might be making $300-$500 extra income each month. Others might want to make a lot more. Our goal is to make enough to compensate us for time and effort and to do something that we enjoy doing. We also like the challenge of doing something that may help a lot of people.

This is the idea. We want to put together a group of about 20 people to start. We will all promote the same URL by taking only one position in a program. We will all benefit equally.

Obviously to make this work it requires that everyone in the group must put in the effort required of them to make the team a success. We will and must have a way to eliminate members who are not doing their fair share.

We want to put together a team of people with varied abilities. We need a person who can build and update a site for us. We need people who know how to drive traffic to that site.

We also need people who will post comments, ads, blogs and anything else that will get our name and programs out there. In short, we need hard workers.

This concept will give us advantages with programs that reward us with bonuses for large personally recruited down lines. I can see the possibility of going into a Pre Launch opportunity where we can develop a down line of 300-500 before launch. I don't think I have to explain to you the advantage of that.

Joe our leader want to tell you about his vision for the website. He wants the website to explain our team concept and ask people to see the benefits of being on our mailing list. He then want to have the links to those programs the group is participating in. He also want to put in links to ALL the programs our members are involved. We need to solve the problem of what to do when more than one member is involved with the same program. I have heard of rotators and maybe someone can explain that to us. We could have hundreds of business opportunities on our site. We could have hundreds of advertising and marketing links on our site. I would also like to add a lot of affilliate links to our site. I think we will have an awesome site that will catch the interest of Google.

Another thing about our site. We want all our members to join many Social sites and put a link on all those sites to our site. We could have 300 or more sites with backlinks to ours.

We understand that Google likes that too

We only have a limited number of people we want to start out with now, but we may expand that in the future. We are open for suggestions on that

If you get on our mailing list you will be given the first opportunity to join us. The advantage to you for getting in early with us is that you should benefit by spillover.

We realize that the advantage of joining us later is diminished, so Joe’s suggestion to the group would be to give those that enroll with us late in one program the first opportunity to join us in the next.

This is another thing to consider. By joining us you have the opportunity of proving to us that you are a person we want on our team.

I like talking to people, especially people who are sincere and honest. I want to add something here that is important to me and I hope is important to you also. I want to achieve success, but I also want to achieve it with honesty and integrity. I want "The Tobas Marketing Group" soon to be a LLC to develop that reputation. When we do that we will truly be a success.

PS: I forgot to tell you something I think you should know. The name TOBAS is the initials for :Tired Of Being A Sucker" Hope you like it.
