Christ the Only Way

John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (KJV)

There's a place for tolerance but the truth we must proclaim.
There's no other way to God except through Jesus' name.
Do all roads lead to Rome? Even maps shows that's not so.
You will never see the Father unless Jesus Christ you know.

Christ said this of Himself; that He's the only way.
How could He make it clearer? What more could Jesus say?
Either Jesus spoke the truth or else He told a lie.
The Bible is God's Word, on that you can rely.

A way that seemth right is sought by many men.*
But it will not save your soul or cleanse your heart from sin.
There is a place called hell that Jesus taught of too.
Our Savior spoke of this. These words are also true.

Only a foolish man would gamble with his soul.
Read God's Word again. Learn how Christ can make you whole.
The pathway to destruction is a road that's very broad.
Don't make the fatal error to reject the Son of God.

With many good intentions the path to hell is paved.
But there is no other name by which we must be saved.
Someday we all must die and before God we'll appear.
Christ said, “I am the way.” Call on Him while He is near.
