I've enjoy the training scheme in the general hospital. My last posting was in the department of emergency medicine (A & E Dept). Every shift, I receive incoming patients from ambulances. Shuttling patients who passed away after last office to the mortuary was also my duty. Transferring patients to nursing wards after triac examination was a tough challenge. My colleagues were very tall, both of us pushes the trolley bed. I've got to practically run, while my long legged partner open up their steps. It was fun, most of the time exhaustive due to heavy work load plus very high expectations. Service standards are demanding. After accreditation by JCI, which is hospital management quality health care certification. Over to you to share some of your experiences in delivering health care, cheers, sign off.
